Online Forever Music ("Online Forever," "we," "us," or "our") is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and provides an online sample marketplace, memberships, downloads, vendor tools, community showcase features, and related services for users worldwide.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you use our website, apps, communications, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the service. It may include:

• Account and profile information, such as your email address, password, display name, login provider, marketing preferences, and account settings.

• Transaction and billing information, such as subscription status, plan details, invoices, payment metadata, and customer or payment method identifiers provided by our payment processors.

• Content you submit, such as support requests, vendor applications, referral activity, public showcase uploads, producer profile information, and other materials you choose to provide.

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, search activity, interactions with packs or downloads, referral or UTM data, and technical diagnostics.

• Cookie, local storage, and similar technology data, including consent preferences, attribution data, and information needed to keep the service functioning.

We store account passwords using one-way hashing. Payment card data is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

• Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

• Process purchases, subscriptions, downloads, support requests, vendor onboarding, payouts, referrals, and community features.

• Personalize content, improve search and site performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze usage, and measure marketing effectiveness.

• Send service messages, account notices, support replies, and, where permitted, marketing communications or updates you choose to receive.

• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and business.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working. We also use analytics and measurement tools to understand usage and improve performance.

• Necessary technologies support sign-in, security, consent preferences, fraud prevention, and core site functionality.

• Analytics tools help us understand visits, referrals, searches, and product usage.

• Marketing tools, such as tag managers or advertising pixels, may be loaded only after your consent where required.

You can change your browser settings, clear local storage, or decline optional tracking in our cookie banner. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, some consented advertising or measurement activity may be treated as "sharing" or similar processing.

4. Legal Grounds and International Use

We process personal information as needed to perform our contract with you, operate the service, protect legitimate interests, comply with law, and, where required, rely on consent.

Because we operate internationally, your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may not offer the same legal protections as your home jurisdiction.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information only as reasonably necessary, including with:

• Service providers that help us host the platform, process payments, deliver email, store files, authenticate users, provide analytics, or support operations.

• Public audiences or other users when you choose to publish information through community or profile features, such as approved showcase submissions or public producer pages.

• Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or counterparties where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or business protection.

• A buyer, investor, or successor entity if all or part of our business is sold, reorganized, financed, or transferred.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide your account, keep purchase records, comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security logs.

Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely limit access where practical. Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or file a complaint with a privacy regulator.

• Account information can often be updated directly in your profile or settings.

• Marketing emails can be turned off in account settings or by using unsubscribe links.

• Account deletion can be requested through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Cookie preferences can be managed through the site banner and your browser or device settings.

If you are in Canada and have a privacy concern, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada after giving us an opportunity to address the issue. If you are in the EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, we will honor applicable rights requests as required by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or security is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and you should only use the service if you are old enough to do so under the laws that apply to you. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
